(1) The wiring of the dust collector fan is incorrect, causing the fan to reverse and rewiring (2) The installation of the filter cartridge inside the dust collector is not secure or damaged, or the filter cartridge is missing (3) Poor sealing at the connection of the dust removal pipeline to ensure the sealing of all components (4) The cleaned workpiece did not drop sand as required, resulting in excessive residual molding sand and high dust content in the dust removal inlet air

(5) If the back blowing mechanism of the dust collector is not activated or has been activated less frequently, and dust blocks the filter cartridge, timely remove the dust attached to the filter cartridge

Thirdly, the bucket elevator does not operate

(1) Clamp and remove oversized particles from the bottom of the elevator (2) If the belt slips, adjust the tightening device of the transmission wheel to tighten the belt (3) If there is too much shot material at the bottom of the elevator, stop the machine in sequence and remove the shot material

4. The cleaning effect of the shot blasting machine is not ideal

1. The supply of shot is insufficient, and new shot should be added appropriately 2. The blasting direction of the shot blaster is not accurate, adjust the position of the directional sleeve window of the shot blaster 3. The particle size of the shot material is different and appropriate, and the particle size of the shot material is re selected 4. If the shot material clumps or is used for too long, replace the shot material

Fifth, the cleaning room door switch is not working or cannot be opened.

If the lubrication of the door shaft is not good, add lubricating oil.

6. The machine's driving and parking actions are not agile or do not follow the designated actions

1. If the electrical components are damaged, check and replace them 2. Excessive dust and dirt in the electrical box, resulting in poor electrical contact points 3. The time relay has excessive dust and dirt, and poor electrical contact points

7. The screw conveyor does not operate

1. If the shot material is blocked, stop the machine in sequence and remove the shot material 2. Bend the spiral shaft, correct or polish the outer diameter of the blade 3. The spiral shaft head weld is broken and needs to be re welded

8. Poor separation effect of the separator

1. Uneven flow curtain, adjust the flow control board to achieve full curtain 2. Adjust the butterfly valve at the separator air outlet to achieve a wind speed of 4-5m/s in the separation zone, and adjust the position of the first and second stage adjustment plates
